Medvedev assures that Russia will "destroy" the "terrorists" of the attack on the Crimean bridge

The former Russian president and current vice president of the Russian Security Council, Dimitri Medvedev, has assured that Russia will respond to the "terrorist attack" of the Crimean bridge attacked this Saturday with the destruction of those "terrorists" involved.

"Russia's response to this crime can only be the direct destruction of terrorists. This is what the citizens of Russia are waiting for," Medvedev said in an interview with journalist Nadana Friedrich published on his Telegram channel.

Thus, he has pointed to Ukraine as responsible for the crime: "This is an act of terrorism and sabotage committed by the criminal regime in kyiv. There is no doubt and there never was," said the vice president of the Russian Security Council.

Medvedev has reported that the authorities are investigating the case and are making "all reports and conclusions."

On the other hand, he has indicated that the mobilization of Russian citizens for the ranks of the Army indicates the union "to defend the homeland", despite the fact that the countries neighboring Russia reported thousands of exits after the mobilization decreed by the Russian president, Vladimir Putin, on September 21.

"The mobilization is taking place in the way that it can be done in a country where it has not been done for more than eighty years. However, there is true patriotism," he declared, after indicating that there are so many cases of people accessing participate in the defense of the country like those who do not.

"But the main thing is that the country has come together to protect our people and the homeland," Medvedev stressed. "This is the guarantee of our unconditional victory", he concluded.
