Lavrov says he regrets France's support for neo-Nazism in Ukraine

MADRID, 30 May. (EUROPA PRESS) -

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov assured this Sunday that France is supplying weapons to Ukraine and has stated that the war will continue "until final victory".

It is sad for Russia to see France's support for neo-Nazism in Ukraine, Lavrov stressed, in an interview with the French television channel TF1, as reported by the TASS news agency.

"Unfortunately, when it comes to instigating Ukrainian nationalism, neo-Nazism, France is playing one of the key roles. It's sad for us to see it," he stressed.

On the other hand, in his opinion, that France is supplying weapons to Ukraine "means that Russia's calls for years to the West to reach agreements on an equal basis have not simply been ignored, but have been deliberately ignored. It means that The West has never wanted to have equal and cooperative relations with Russia," he concluded.
