The Government spokesperson and Minister for Territorial Policy, Isabel Rodríguez, expressed her solidarity on Monday with the Prime Minister of Finland, Sanna Marin, for the criticism she has received after the leaking of a video on social networks in which she appears dancing with friends, and has stressed that it is something that would not happen if it had been a man.

"I think that these evaluations would never have been made if instead of having been a prime minister she had been a prime minister," Rodríguez has sentenced.

This is how the Executive's spokeswoman spoke in an interview on TVE, in which she advocated respect for "individual freedom and leisure" in the field of "personal and intimate" relationships.

In this way, Isabel Rodríguez has recalled that there have already been other scandals of prime ministers "breaking the rules and laws" and that, despite this, in these cases "it has taken a long time for them to leave their offices".

Meanwhile, he has disfigured that, however, if it is a woman who carries it out in the private sphere, "yes, it is questioned." For all these reasons, Rodríguez has reiterated his solidarity with Marin.
