Díaz advises the PSOE to wait for the order of the TC to register a new bill to renew the body

MADRID, 21 Dic. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The second vice president, Yolanda Díaz, has advised waiting for the order of the Constitutional Court (TC) that suspends the parliamentary processing of its reform to, after analyzing its content, present a new bill in Congress to unblock its renewal.

This has been transferred to the media in the halls of Congress, asked about the intention of the PSOE to register a new legislative initiative, with the support of groups from the investiture bloc, which includes the spirit of the two amendments suspended by the TC.

"We are going to wait for the Constitutional order to be issued and when the court issues its order, then we will present the bill. Understand that we have to know the order," explained Díaz, who stresses that it is possible to complete the processing of that new initiative within a month from the time you sign up.

And it is that parliamentary sources indicated that the future bill will be made through urgent processing and for this they have already spoken with various groups that have censured the Constitutional decision so that they join the initiative.

Yesterday United We Can met with parliamentary allies to form a common parliamentary front to unblock the renewal of the TC, although it also believes it necessary, without putting pressure on the PSOE, to sponsor another specific initiative to lower the majorities to elect new members of the General Council of the Judiciary.
