The community executive has a period of two months to carry out the analysis and verification of the documentation presented by the Government of Spain at the end of April to make the disbursement, in accordance with article 24 of the Regulation of the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism.

Regarding the presentation of the update addendum to the Recovery Plan, Calviño has indicated that it will be carried out in the second half of this year and has assured that Spain will request the mobilization of "all transfers and all assigned credits."

The satisfactory evaluation of compliance with this package of milestones and objectives by the Community Executive will entail the disbursement of 12,000 million euros, which would be added to the 9,036 million euros of pre-financing and the 10,000 million euros of the first disbursement, received in 2021 .
