British Police conclude that Labor leaders did not violate pandemic restrictions

MADRID, 8 Jul. (EUROPA PRESS) -

British Police have concluded that neither the leader of the British Labor Party, Keir Starmer, nor the number two of the formation, Angela Reyner, violated the restrictions against the coronavirus pandemic last year.

This Friday is the second time that the Durham Police has closed an investigation against Starmer without charge for the event that took place on April 30 of last year in the office of the Durham City Deputy, Mary Foy, during a election campaign for the Hartlepool seat, and in which the Labor leader and his deputy were seen eating and drinking as a group behind closed doors.

Earlier this month, Durham Police announced they were re-investigating the incident after receiving "important new information".

Starmer had even promised to resign if the security forces formally accused him of breaking the rules.
