Banco Sabadell has opened a process for the sale of its former headquarters in London with the aim of rationalizing spaces and disinvesting in non-strategic assets, sources from the entity confirmed to Europa Press.

Sabadell House is located at 120 Pall Mall, between Trafalgar Square and Piccadilly Circus, and has been owned by Sabadell since 1986.

According to 'El Confidencial', which advances the information, Sabadell has given a mandate for the operation to the consulting firm Knight Frank and expects to obtain between 20 and 25 million with the sale.

The objective is the rationalization of spaces and the divestment of non-strategic assets.
