Arrimadas accuses Planas of "being mad" at people and advises Podemos to find "insults" better than prices

The spokesperson for Ciudadanos in Congress, Inés Arrimadas, has accused the Minister of Agriculture, Luis Planas, on Tuesday of "riding off" consumers when he recommends buying in the places with the lowest prices and has told Unidas Podemos that, better than limiting the price of certain foods would mean that "their insults" would be met, for example, to businessmen who "create wealth".

"They are making fun of us when they say that it is our fault that we are not looking for offers. They must have a discount card or a supermarket in Moncloa," Arrimadas denounced at a press conference in Congress when asked about the words of the minister

In addition, he has said that Podemos "has a problem with the caps" because they also said that they were going to "cap the salary" and it was a lie and he has urged the Government to "give real solutions" to consumers and the minority partner to stop use the Executive to launch "communist proclamations".

According to Arrimadas, what needs to be done is extend the VAT cut to meat and fish, deflate the brackets or lower the taxes paid by SMEs and the self-employed in the food sector.
