Aragonés proposes a reform of the Constitution to achieve an agreed self-determination referendum

The president of the Generalitat, Pere Aragonès, has opened this Friday to address a reform of the Constitution to make possible the celebration of a self-determination referendum agreed with the Government in Catalonia.

"If the problem is the reform of the Constitution and it is not the political will, let's address it," he stressed in an interview on Cadena Ser collected by Europa Press, where he insisted on his willingness to agree on a referendum with the Government.

However, he has avoided speculating on whether he would hold a unilateral one if it were not possible.
