Alantra hires Patricia Zumalacárregui, former Barclays, as director of its legal department

The financial services firm Alantra has hired Patricia Zumalacárregui as director to strengthen its legal department, an incorporation that adds to that of other signings such as Xavier Pujol, who joined as partner and general secretary, and Ana Montes, who He did it with the position of director.

Zumalacárregui, who has more than ten years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and restructuring operations, joins from Barclays Bank and has also worked in other firms such as Uría Menéndez.

In his new position, he will be in charge of supporting global mergers and acquisitions operations, as well as the digital transformation of the legal department.
