Aedas Homes sells 339 homes in summer for 141 million euros

Complete your reorganization to take advantage of the opportunities of the new residential cycle

Aedas Homes has sold 339 homes during the months of July and August, which confirms the good performance of the medium-high housing segment, both in urban locations in large cities and in coastal municipalities.

These sales represent an amount of 141 million euros with an average price of 416,000 euros, as published by the property developer on its website. In addition, during the last six months it has carried out a series of modifications in its organization with the aim of anticipating and taking advantage of the opportunities of the new residential cycle.

In this regard, during the month of August, Aedas Homes completed the decentralization of the investment area, transferring responsibility for identifying land acquisition opportunities to the territorial teams.

The company has explained that the new economic context, together with the shortage of finalist sites, will require greater local knowledge for the selection of future project sites. For this reason, the new organizational scheme will make it possible to take advantage of the extensive knowledge of the teams in the field to generate investment opportunities of greater value for the company.

In addition, in February of this year, Aedas Homes launched a new line of business dedicated to the development of residential developments in co-investment schemes with institutional investors, as well as public-private collaboration projects.

This new initiative is part of the company's territorial implementation and knowledge of local markets and is aligned with financial partners for the joint development of new promotions. Currently, the Real Estate Services department has 5,000 homes under development.

More than a product, it is a set of planned and flexible processes that allow us to adapt to the different phases of the cycle and to the idiosyncrasies of each plaza", added the CEO of Aedas Homes, David Martínez.
