Aedas Homes will bring to the International Real Estate Exhibition of Madrid (SIMA) 2022, which will be held from May 26 to 29 at the Ifema Madrid fairgrounds, more than 25 promotions with more than 1,700 homes aimed at all customer profiles, according to announced the real estate developer.

This housing portfolio is located, fundamentally, in three locations: Community of Madrid (especially in the northwest area around the axis of the A-6, the Corredor del Henares and the capital), the Costa del Sol and on the beaches Levante, Balearic Islands and Galicia (Sanxenxo).

The developer has made a selection of its product based both on the demand for primary residences in the Madrid region (in new neighborhoods such as Las Sedas and Espartales, located in Alcalá de Henares), as well as on the buyer looking for homes by the sea.

Thus, the Commercial and Marketing Director of Aedas Homes, Pablo Rodríguez-Losada, has anticipated that the company will carry out a high commercial deployment at SIMA 2022 to meet this demand for new-build homes.

Visitors who go to the Aedas Homes stand at SIMA will find promotions of multi-family and single-family homes in all their versions (apartments, flats, ground floor apartments with gardens, penthouses, duplexes, semi-detached houses, villas and independent chalets) and various surfaces (from 1 to 5 bedrooms).

"We went to SIMA with a quality offer, located in the best locations in the main cities, and respectful of the environment, with important sustainability measures and cutting-edge architectural design," Rodríguez-Losada remarked.

The manager has highlighted that most of the homes offered by the company at SIMA are adapted to the new residential preferences of a demand that has placed housing as a priority in his life after Covid-19: large surfaces, outdoor spaces, natural light, common areas and 'ad hoc' rooms for teleworking, and with sustainability measures.

The price range, for its part, will range from 135,000 euros in the Marina Real III development, in Denia (Alicante), to 1.2 million euros.

The promoter will also officially present some of its latest promotions such as La Maquia (Alcalá de Henares), Cupre (Pozuelo de Alarcón) or Veranda (Las Rozas), in the central corridor of SIMA 2022 (stand E2-001), in a space of 150 square meters.

Aedas Homes will also be present as 'Leading Partner' at the SIMAPro forum, the series of real estate conferences held within the framework of the show and which brings together the main voices of developers, investors, consultants, public administrations, financial entities and others agents of the sector to analyze the most current real estate issues.
