Ukraine raises to two the death toll in a Russian attack with cluster munitions against a town in Donetsk

The governor of Donetsk, Pavlo Kirilenko, has indicated in his Telegram account that the boy killed in the artillery attack was ten years old, while he has specified that seven other people, including four minors between five and twelve years old, were injured. Among the injured is a girl who is in serious condition and who has been evacuated from Donetsk.

Thus, he has accused the "racists" of carrying out an attack with cluster munitions against the city and has affirmed that "it is another crime by the Russians against the civilian population, committed deliberately, in cold blood and cynically". Kirilenko himself stressed on Monday that the Russians would have intentionally bombed a children's area. "Around 7:00 p.m. (local time) they opened fire on an area where there were people resting.
