The most expensive street to buy a house in Spain is on the Costa del Sol, according to Idealista

The most expensive street to buy a home in Spain is located in the Coto Zagaleta Urbanization in the municipality of Benahavis, in Malaga, and the average price would be 10,763,937 euros, according to a study by the Idealista real estate portal.

Mozart street and Osa Menor street, both in Marbella (Málaga), would complete the podium with an average cost per home of 7,940,375 euros and 7,175,888 euros, respectively.

The first street in this ranking that is outside the province of Malaga is Camino de la Fuente, located in the urbanization of La Moraleja, in Alcobendas (Madrid), where the average price of housing reaches 6,928,958 euros.

Among the 10 most expensive streets in Spain are also the Paseo de los Lagos in the Finca de Pozuelos de Alarcón urbanization, in Madrid, (6,172,508 euros), the Los Flamingos Golf urbanization in Benahavís, in Malaga, (5,760,145 euros) and Paseo del Conde de los Gaitanes in La Moraleja (5,240,322 euros).

Paseo del Mar in Calvià, in Mallorca, (5,152,928 euros), Calle de Ámsterdam in Marbella (5,146,851) and Calle Riu Guadiana, also in Calvià (4,426,086 euros), would close the table.

In addition, the Idealista study also shows the most expensive streets in each autonomous community, five of which exceed one million euros in average cost per home: Catalonia (2,670,689 euros), the Valencian Community (2,637,333 euros), the Canary Islands (1,730,162 euros), Cantabria (1,353,390 euros) and the Basque Country (1,185,416 euros).

On the other hand, the cheapest region is Extremadura, where its most expensive street has an average price of 282,300 euros, followed by Castilla-La Mancha (296,962 euros) and Navarra (390,116 euros).
