The investiture debate of Azcón will face its second day with the intervention of the parliamentary groups

The Cortes of Aragon will resume this Thursday, August 10 at 9:00 am, the investiture debate of the PP candidate for the Presidency of the Government of the Autonomous Community, Jorge Azcón. After the hour and a half speech that the candidate gave this Wednesday, the second day will focus on the intervention of the spokespersons of the parliamentary groups.

First of all, the spokespersons of those groups that will position themselves against Azcón's investiture will go up to the speaker's rostrum and, later, those who will support it. Each spokesperson will have 20 minutes to present their contributions, after which the candidate may respond individually or jointly to all of them.

If the candidate answers them, the parliamentary groups will have another 10 minutes to reply to the candidate, who will be able to intervene again.

The plenary session will conclude with voting, which will be nominal. To be invested, Jorge Azcón will need to obtain the vote of the absolute majority of the members of the Chamber, at least 34 of 67 deputies.
