The Ibex rises 0.3% at midday and aims for the level of 10,200 points

The Ibex 35 registered an increase of 0.3% at midday and stood at 10,172.3 points, maximums not seen since May 2018, after learning this morning that registered unemployment in Spain fell by 24,573 unemployed in November, while Social Security lost 11,583 average affiliates.

The Spanish market started rising and approached the level of 10,200 integers to deflate shortly after, although at midday it once again decided on an upward impulse in a day empty of macroeconomic references in the eurozone.

All in all, the markets will remain attentive this week to the publication of the services PMI in Spain and the United States on Tuesday, as well as to the American unemployment on Friday.

In the middle section of this Monday's trading, the biggest increases within the Ibex 35 were recorded by Acciona (2.3%), Acciona Energía (2.2%), Grifols (1.35%), Endesa (0. 78%) and Indra (0.75%).

On the contrary, the most pronounced decreases were reported by Repsol (-2.05%), affected by the drop in the price of crude oil; Acerinox (-0.98%); Fluidra (-0.8%) and Mapfre (-0.79%).

The main European stock markets were trading unevenly at midday: Frankfurt rose 0.1% while Milan fell 0.12%; Paris 0.15% and London 0.32%.

At the same time, the price of a barrel of Brent quality oil, a reference for the Old Continent, fell 1.12%, to 78 dollars, while Texas stood at 73.17 dollars, 1.23% less.

Banca March experts confirmed in a report that last week's OPEC meeting "has not caused the desired effects in the market [that is, boosting the price of 'black gold' through supply cuts]" .

In the currency market, the price of the euro against the dollar stood at 1.0874 'greenbacks', while the interest on the long-term Spanish bond rose to 3.374%, with the risk premium (the differential with the German bond) at 100.5 points.
