The Ibex 35 loses 11,000 points after falling 1.3% at the opening, with all its values ​​in 'red'

The Ibex 35 began this Friday's session, the last of the week, with a fall of 1.29%, which brought it to 10,947.6 points, in a day in which investors will be attentive from Grifols and Talgo.

In this way, the selective lost the psychological level of 11,000 points, the maximum of 2017, with all its values ​​in 'red' at the start of the trading day.

Grifols sent this Thursday, with the market already closed, to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) the information required by the supervisory body in which it revealed that it will proceed to reduce to two the number of measures used to reflect the Ebitda in its communications of results and placed its net debt in 2023 at 10,527 million euros, with 1,111 million in leasing contracts.

For its part, Magyar Vagon has registered the request with the CNMV to acquire Talgo for 619 million euros, asking the Government for express authorization of this operation.

The Minister of Economy, Commerce and Business, Carlos Body, has announced that the Government will defend the "strategic interests" of Spain in the Public Acquisition Operation (OPA) that the Hungarian group Magyar Vagon has launched on Talgo for 619 million and that the Executive is already analyzing.

In addition, a consortium formed by Ferrovial, Acciona and Sacyr has been awarded the development of an urban highway in Lima (Peru) under the concession format for 3,400 million dollars (about 3,131 million euros), as reported this Friday by the three companies.

On the other hand, the board of directors of Grenergy will propose to the next general meeting of shareholders, which will be held on May 7 on first call, the appointment of David Ruiz de Andrés as executive president of the company and Pablo Otín as CEO .

In the macroeconomic field, this Friday the employment data in the United States for the month of March will be revealed, as well as factory orders from Germany, and industrial production from France and Spain.

In the early stages of this session, the Ibex 35 was dyed 'red', and the biggest falls were recorded by Acerinox (-3.1%), Grifols (-2.81%), IAG (-2.33% ), Naturgy (-2.23%) and Acciona (-2.05%).

However, minutes after the start, Repsol was the only company that turned around, with an increase of 0.47%, until exchanging its shares at a unit price of 16.165 euros.

The main European stock markets also opened negative this Friday, with falls of 1.36% for Milan, 1.2% for Paris, 1.15% for Frankfurt, and 0.98% for London.

At the opening of the stock market, the price of a barrel of Brent quality oil, a reference for the Old Continent, rose 0.54%, to 91.14 dollars, while that of Texas stood at 86.94 dollars , 0.40% more.

In the foreign exchange market, the price of the euro against the dollar advanced to 1.0826 'greenbacks', while in the debt market the interest required on the 10-year Spanish bond climbed to 3.183%.
