The Government asks Ferrovial before the decisive shareholders' meeting to reconsider its departure

The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation has contacted Ferrovial to remind it that Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME) and the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) have not identified any obstacle that prevents the company from listing in the United States States without changing its registered office to the Netherlands.
