Comisiones Obreras (CCOO) has calculated that, with data from the morning of this Tuesday, some 800,000 applicants for voting by mail are yet to cast their vote, the term of which ends this Thursday, July 20, according to reports from union sources to Europa Press. .

Specifically, from the CCOO they specify that on the morning of this Tuesday they had deposited approximately 1.8 million votes by mail, of the more than 2.6 million requests to cast this type of vote for these elections on 23J.

Voters who requested voting by mail have until this Thursday, July 20 --although the Post Office does not rule out extending it-- to deposit their vote at any post office of the public company.

Likewise, Correos has also reported that, with data from this morning, approximately 400,000 people who had requested to vote by mail for 23J have not yet collected their electoral documentation at the Post Office.

Yesterday afternoon, Correos reported that, of the 2.5 million electoral documents that it had made available, more than 450,000 were in the offices of the postal company after having made two attempts to deliver them by hand to the addressee.
