Telefónica has conveyed to the unions its final proposal within the framework of the negotiations of the employment regulation files (ERE) that it will execute in its three main subsidiaries in Spain (Telefónica de España, Móviles and Soluciones) and has reduced the impact to 3,411 employees, compared to 3,559 in the last proposal.

In addition, it has improved the economic conditions offered to employees who finally leave the company and has brought them into line with those of the previous exit plan, negotiated in 2021, as reported by the unions.

In this context, the unions point out that there is a "principle of agreement" in the negotiation of the collective dismissal, although they link the completion of the process to the conversations that are being held in parallel for the collective agreement of related companies, given that the current It is an extension of the previous one and ends on December 31.

In the proposal conveyed to the unions this Thursday, Telefónica has offered employees born in 1968 an income of 68% of the regulatory salary until the age of 63 (compared to 65% in the previous proposal) and 38% until the age of 65 (34 % in the previous offer).

For those born in 1967, 1966, 1965 or 1964 (this last year is now included), 62% of the regulatory salary until age 63 (60% in the previous proposal) and 34% until age 65 (32% before) , to which is added a voluntary bonus of 10,000 euros (previously it was 3,000 euros).

Meanwhile, for workers born in 1963 or previous years, it offers an income of 52% of the regulatory salary until age 63 (50% in the previous offer) and 34% until age 65 (32% before), to which He has also added a voluntary bonus of 10,000 euros, compared to the 3,000 euros he proposed yesterday.
