Sánchez and Aragonès reach 5 agreements, which include a dialogue table and multilingualism law for co-official languages

The President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, and the President of Catalonia, Pere Aragonès, have reached five agreements in the meeting they held this Thursday at the Palau de la Generalitat in Barcelona, ​​among which the call for a meeting of the Table stands out. of Dialogue and a law to guarantee multilingualism in public administrations.

As reported, in the meeting, which lasted one hour and fifteen minutes and took place in an atmosphere of "cordiality", Sánchez and Aragonès agreed to call a meeting of the Dialogue Table for the first quarter of 2024 and the approval of an organic law of multilingualism that "guarantees the right of citizens to address the General Administration of the State in co-official languages."
