Silvia Bronchalo breaks her silence: "No one is prepared for news like this"

Silvia Bronchalo has visited her son Daniel Sancho in prison for the second consecutive day. Minutes before 9:00 a.m. this Friday, the mother of the only person accused of the murder and dismemberment of Edwin Sancho arrived at the Koh Samui prison to visit the young chef for the second time -since it was not until yesterday that the period of ten days of isolation by anti-Covid protocol- and, to the surprise of his own and strangers, he has broken his silence.

Calm, and showing admirable signs of integrity taking into account the very hard times she is experiencing, Rodolfo Sancho's ex-partner has addressed the media and has revealed how Daniel is and what his first meeting with him was like.

Some statements that have not exceeded a minute and a half and in which Silvia, first of all, has thanked "the empathy" that the media have shown her, since the reporters decided not to ask her any questions on her first visit to his son, respecting his silence in this painful moment.

"For me it has been very difficult. Let me know that he is much better, that he is calm, they are treating him very well and to hope that everything is resolved" he explained, expressing his emotional gratitude for the respect that the press is showing in these circumstances.

And it is that, as she has recognized, it is not easy for her to speak in front of the cameras because "I am not in the media, I have no interest in appearing on television or anything. I think you know it and I greatly appreciate and respect the empathy that you are showing".

Confirming with a "clear" that she is in Thailand as a mother, tucking in her son, Silvia has insisted, when asked how she has seen Daniel, that "he has been ten days and he is much better within what is possible. I already know will resolve the situation."

"Yes, of course, and I" she affirmed, confessing that both the young man and she were moved on their first visit in prison in which, as the staff of the Spanish embassy has transmitted, that they accompanied Rodolfo Sancho's ex from his arrival in Thailand, Daniel asked his mother to be strong.

Before going back to jail to see her son again, Silvia has opened up and revealed that Edwin's alleged murder - which she believes Daniel did not commit - has taken the family completely by surprise: "Yes, of course of course. Nobody expects something like that, nobody is prepared to receive something like that. Nobody prepares us for news like that".
