The general secretary of ERC, Marta Rovira, has assured that ERC is already talking about a referendum with the PSOE and has stated that "whatever happens" in Catalonia they will continue negotiating with the Government to make it possible.

"ERC negotiates every week with the PSOE with the participation of international mediators. Likewise, Rovira sees it as "the ideal scenario" that the three dialogue tables eventually come together: that of the PSOE with ERC, that of the socialists with Junts and that of governments.

Regarding her possible participation in ERC for the elections on May 12, she has ruled out being on the Republican electoral list because "the conditions are not met" for her to be, in her opinion, a good candidate.
