The Government already announced on Wednesday that it would appeal the precautionary measures and the presidential spokesperson, Manuel Adorni, has confirmed that they will present an extraordinary appeal before the Supreme Court of Justice, alleging reasons of "incompetence" because they consider that it corresponds to the contentious jurisdiction and not the labor jurisdiction. decide on this case.

"It was something we expected (...) Until today we were not notified of this ruling. When it is formalized, we will appeal," explained the spokesperson, who has once again defended the decree as an instrument to protect workers and has denied any type of internal dispute due to the battery of measures announced in recent weeks -- "it's all rumor," he noted.
