The Italian Football Federation (FIGC) announced this Friday the sanction of 15 points to Juventus, in its Serie A classification, as ruled by the Federal Court of Appeals, which went beyond the request of the prosecutor in the 'Case Capital Gains '.
In the official statement, the Court issued a sanction "to Juventus of 15 penalty points to be met in this Calcio season and with a series of inhibitions to 11 Juventus managers", with a two-year sanction for Andrea Agnelli. The chief prosecutor, Giuseppe Chiné, had asked for 9 points.
