Junts warns the PSOE that it will not abstain and that it will vote 'yes' or 'no' to Sánchez's investiture

Junts has warned the PSOE that it will not abstain from the vote for the investiture of the acting president and socialist candidate for re-election, Pedro Sánchez, but will vote 'yes' or 'no', as sources from the party have explained to Europe. Press.

This is how they will do it, according to La Vanguardia, despite Sánchez getting the support of CC, which this Thursday opened its doors to supporting the investiture so that it does not need the express support of the independence party.

It was the president of the Canary Islands, Fernando Clavijo, who, in an informative breakfast organized by Europa Press, assured that CC was in a position to turn Junts "into a secondary actor."

With this decision, the Junts negotiating team hopes to maintain its demands, which include an amnesty law and the referendum, and that they will not be lowered by a possible agreement between the socialists and CC.

The former president of the Generalitat and Junts MEP, Carles Puigdemont, also assured this Thursday that the general secretary of the PSC, Salvador Illa, "can never be a valid interlocutor to generate trust" in reference to his meeting this Wednesday with the acting president and candidate of the PSOE for re-election, Pedro Sánchez, in Madrid.
