Iberia has estimated the monitoring of the handling strike among workers without minimum services at an average of 19% until 7:30 a.m. this Monday, the last day of the strikes called by CCOO, UGT, USO and the Intercenter Committee in this service.

The company has indicated that, at this time, punctuality is 88% and regularity is 100%, since all scheduled flights have taken off. For this Monday, the airline group has 509 flights scheduled.

Iberia has acknowledged in a statement that problems "with hundreds of pieces of luggage" have been increasing in recent hours in three of the 29 airports in which Iberia provides handling services, mainly in Barcelona, ​​Bilbao and Gran Canaria.

The company, which will transport more than 140,000 suitcases from the Iberia Group in the four days of strike, assures that it will continue working "intensely" so that the affected suitcases that have not been able to be loaded on the planes reach their destinations and their destinations as soon as possible. owners.

As in previous days, luggage will be transported on the first available flights or by road in order to cause the least possible damage to passengers, says Iberia.
