Households with all their members unemployed rose by 12,800 in the third quarter of the year, 1.4% compared to the previous quarter, reaching 928,800, according to data from the Active Population Survey (EPA) released this Thursday by the Institute National Statistics Office (INE).
In the last year, households with all their members unemployed have decreased by 48,500, which represents a decrease in relative values of almost 5%.
Between July and September, households with all their members employed increased by 20,500 (0.2%), up to a total of 11,578,300 households, the highest figure in the historical series. In the last twelve months, families with all their members employed have increased by 284,000 (2.5%).
Households with at least one asset increased by 83,800 in the third quarter (0.6%), exceeding 14 million, while in the last year they increased by 217,300 (1.6%).
Finally, households in which there are no assets fell by 23,400 between July and September (-0.4%), to 5.37 million. In the last year, these households have increased by 68,200 (1.3%).
