The ERC spokesperson, Raquel Sans, has stated that the Minister of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts, Félix Bolaños, told the Minister of the Presidency, Laura Vilagrà, that the agreement between Junts and PSOE on immigration is a " statement of intents".

He said this this Friday in an interview on La2 and Ràdio4 collected by Europa Press, in reference to the request of the Generalitat to the Government this Thursday to know "the fine print" of the transfer of powers in matters of immigration that includes the agreement of Together with the PSOE to abstain from voting on decrees.

"It is an issue that is still in a very embryonic phase. It is an announcement," said Sans, who insisted on reading the details of the agreement, without which his party will not position itself.

He has indicated that ERC agrees with all transfers of powers to Catalonia, although he has questioned the way in which they occur: "We have experience in assuming certain responsibilities and powers that later do not translate into a transfer of the necessary resources." by the State.

He has also celebrated that Junts opted for negotiation, but has warned the post-convergent party that "until things are concrete, until things are tangible, they are not real", in reference to the PSOE.

When asked about PSOE's negotiation with Junts and ERC, the republican spokesperson indicated that her party feels attacked by those of the former president of the Generalitat, Carles Puigdemont: "When you constantly attack your traveling companion, this coordination is not easy. ".

Likewise, asked about a media battle between the pro-independence parties in Congress, she stated that ERC feels that there is "a point of injustice" towards the Republicans.

In this sense, Sans has indicated that ERC is "focused on achieving results", since they have a very clear direction since the previous legislature.
