Elecnor will pay this Wednesday a complementary gross dividend of 0.37 euros per share, which amounts to a total amount of 32.19 million euros, as notified by the company to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
Specifically, on May 17, Elecnor's meeting approved the distribution of a final gross dividend charged to the result of the 2022 financial year for a fixed unit amount of 0.37 euros per share.
The net amount of this dividend, once the corresponding tax withholding has been deducted, will be 0.30 euros per share, the payment of which will be made through Iberclear and BBVA will act as the paying entity.
Elecnor registered a consolidated net profit of 103 million euros in 2022, a figure 19.7% higher than that of 2021, while its gross operating result (Ebitda) improved by 11.1%, to 302 million euros.
For its part, the meeting also approved the re-election, for four years, of Cristóbal González de Aguilar as director of the company in the category of proprietary director, as well as Isabel Dutilh and Emilio Ybarra as independent directors of the group.
