Díaz and Belarra say that Sumar is the useful vote of the left and appeal to the undecided

The vice president accuses Feijóo of making lies his hallmark in politics and Belarra denounces that the PP is a "corrupt" party

PAMPLONA, 17 (EUROPA PRESS) - The leader of Sumar, Yolanda Díaz, and the general secretary of Podemos, Ione Belarra, have conspired to ask for the vote of the undecided against the PSOE and have launched harsh criticism of the PP candidate, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, accusing him of lying and recriminating that his training is dotted with corruption.

In fact, the also Minister of Social Rights has recounted that the only safe vote on the left to stop the right is Sumar, since she recalled that the Socialists abstained from the investiture of former popular president Mariano Rajoy and that a few weeks ago he allowed the right will govern in the Pamplona City Council despite having a progressive majority.

He has also addressed people who doubt between supporting Sumar and nationalist formations such as ERC, Bildu or Geroa Bai, whom he acknowledges have supported the Executive and the formation of a plurinational majority this legislature, to claim that the decisive vote for to reissue a progressive government is Sumar.

"If Sumar is not strong or has majority support, there will be no progressive government," he emphasized to explain that these parties will not influence if the Executive is conservative.

This is how they both spoke during a rally in Pamplona, together with the head of the list for Sumar in Navarra Idoia Villanueva, in which it is their first act together after the clash over the non-inclusion of the head of Equality, Irene Montero, in the electoral lists.

In line similar to Belarra, the heads of the Sumar list in Euskadi spoke on Saturday: Lander Martínez (Vizcaya), Pilar Garrido (Guipúzcoa) and Guillermo Presa (Álava).

For example, Garrido stressed that the PNV and Bildu "compete" in their logic of who has the most influence in Madrid in their "particular crusade" to lead nationalism in the Basque country, but stressed that these elections are about whether the progressive bloc governs against on the right.

A line that Martínez also remarked, to criticize that the nationalist forces voted against the labor reform and to launch that the votes of PNV and Bildu "will be useless" if there is no executive with Díaz. "What use will they be if there is no door (in Madrid) to call, if Díaz is not in the Government?" He questioned.

The Sumar candidate for the Presidency of the Government has charged against Feijóo, saying that he makes "lies" his way of doing politics to refute, for example, that the PP has never revalued pensions above the CPI, as he said this morning . In this way, she has demanded that he rectify.

He has also highlighted that this campaign is about proposals and not about "noise", which is what both Vox and the PP are trying to impose, which now makes it clear that their economic model is that of "austerity", to return to policies that they force people to struggle and undertake "adjustments" in matters such as the labor reform, in order to return to a labor market marked by temporary employment.

Then, he has asserted that Feijóo "does not cut himself off" and speaks clearly of deploying the 'Austrian backpack', which is not constitutional and that makes people who are fired "unfairly" pay compensation with their own salary.

BELARRA: THE PP PLAYS "VERY DIRTY" AGAINST ITS POLITICAL ADVERSARIES

For her part, the leader of Podemos has outlined that 23J are "historic" elections and that the only program presented by the PP is a "lie". In fact, she has admitted that she is concerned that the PP could return to Moncloa, since it is the "most corrupt" party in Europe and the one that plays the "dirtiest" with its political adversaries.

"The PP is a party that does not respect democratic rules and that is the worst thing that can be said of a democratic party," Belarra stressed at the rally.

THE LEADER OF SUMAR HIGHLIGHTS THE DIFFERENCES WITH THE PSOE

Meanwhile, Díaz has reproached the PSOE for having blocked the approval of the Scholarship Statute and that it does not hesitate like the Socialists about extending retirement. What's more, he has stated that Sumar will not allow construction workers or housekeepers to work beyond the age of 65.

Later, he regretted that the ERTE protection mechanism that saved companies and workers during the pandemic was always there, but neither PP nor PSOE decided to activate it.

Díaz has also explained that he wants to reformulate the immigration law and its regulations to extend rights to migrants and has insisted on one of his campaign flags, the proposal to reduce working hours and raise wages in the country.

Therefore, he has insisted that mobilization on the left will be key to once again having a progressive government and calls for it to take a step forward to "take democracy into its hands."

In this way, he has once again underlined that the right-wing story that 23J will start with an advantage should not be believed because he "knows Feijóo well" and always tries to implement the feeling that "he has already won the elections", when he has not it's true.
