New York, May 6, 2024 - Mr. Dolan will have operational, financial and strategic oversight of Maverick Molding Co, Pacific Piston Ring Co, Inc, AGC Acquisition LLC d/b/a AGC Incorporated, and SAF Industries LLC d /b/a Gar Kenyon.Paul comes to Loar with over 25 years of experience in the technology, aerospace and defense sectors, most recently as CEO of Aviation Technical Services ('ATS'), a leading heavy maintenance provider of aircraft, component repair services and distribution of used service material (USM) and internally developed PMA parts. Prior to ATS, Mr. Dolan held commercial and defense executive leadership positions at Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC. Paul holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, a master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a master's degree in Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business. Mr. Dolan is also a decorated U.S. Navy officer who flew F/A-18 fighter jets from aircraft carriers, including in the Persian Gulf.
