Batet (PSC) says that "the project of the right is to repeal everything built in five years"

He believes that with the socialist government "the dark time of the hopeless fracture" in Catalonia has been left behind

The president of the Congress, Meritxell Batet, has affirmed that in the general elections of 23J "the project of the right is to repeal everything built and destroy the advances of the last five years: the path it offers is very short and downhill".

She has said it in the National Council that the PSC has held at its headquarters in Barcelona this Sunday and that it has ratified her as the head of the PSC list for Barcelona on 23J.

He has reproached the leader of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, for responding in an interview on Onda Cero that he was not "for this" when asked about his equality policies.

According to Batet, the socialist candidacy will defend "the best Spain, the best Catalonia, against the worst right."

He has considered that these elections are "transcendental because the future of the Spaniards is decided" and has said verbatim that he is going to put all his energy to win this challenge for the social majority of the country.

Batet has celebrated that the Government of Pedro Sánchez has worked for harmony and coexistence among Catalans and has assured that "you have to be brave not to be dragged into the conflict".
