UD Barbastro-FC Barcelona, Arandina-Real Madrid, CD Castellón-CA Osasuna and CD Lugo-Atlético de Madrid are some of the most notable duels of the round of 32 of the Copa del Rey 2023-24, according to the draw held this Tuesday at the Ciudad del Fútbol of Las Rozas (Madrid).
A total of 32 teams will participate in this round (17 from First, 9 from Second, 4 from First RFEF and 2 from Second RFEF), and it will be the first tie in which the current champion of the competition, Real Madrid, enters the fray. , and the participants in the Spanish Super Cup, Barcelona -League champion-, Atlético de Madrid -third in the League- and Osasuna -cup runner-up-. Thus, the draw for the round of 32 of the 2023-2024 Copa del Rey crossed Barbastro and Arandina, the only representatives of the fourth category of Spanish football, with the two 'big boys' of national football Barcelona and Real Madrid, respectively.
