Koldo García, former advisor to former Minister of Transportation José Luis Ábalos, told an investigator of the so-called 'Koldo case' that "he had arranged to meet Miguel Tellado and 'Alberto' the next day."

That day, the alleged 'brain' of the plot, businessman Juan Carlos "Cueto, managed to contact Koldo, who informed him that "They had just called him and that he had arranged to meet Miguel Tellado and 'Alberto' the next day."

"In that conversation, Koldo stated that he had mentioned this matter to the 'former ministry where I worked before', having obtained in response that this matter has no legal implications whatsoever," in reference to the efforts made with the Balearic Administration to resolve the claim. of 2.6 million euros made to Management Solutions.
