Koldo García, former advisor to former Minister of Transportation José Luis Ábalos, told an investigator of the so-called 'Koldo case' that "he had arranged to meet Miguel Tellado and 'Alberto' the next day."

This is stated in an order dated February 7, to which Europa Press has had access, in which Judge Ismael Moreno authorized a series of wiretaps of those under investigation.

According to the head of the Central Court of Instruction Number 2, the call took place on December 2, 2023. That day, the alleged 'brain' of the plot, businessman Juan Carlos "Cueto, managed to contact Koldo, who informed him that "They had just called him and that he had arranged to meet Miguel Tellado and 'Alberto' the next day."

"In that conversation, Koldo stated that he had mentioned this matter to the 'former ministry where I worked before', having obtained in response that this matter has no legal implications whatsoever," in reference to the efforts made with the Balearic Administration to resolve the claim. of 2.6 million euros made to Management Solutions.

Added to the call on the 2nd were one from the 7th and another from the 14th of December. In the first conversation Koldo told Cueto that everything was "on the right track." In the second, he informed him that "the issue of the Balearic Islands file was 'more than done'," according to the judge in his order.
