Balearic PSOE denounces the director of IbSalut for prevarication for renouncing the mask claim file

The PSIB has filed a complaint in a court in Palma against the general director of IbSalut, Javier Ureña, who is accused of administrative prevarication, influence peddling and embezzlement of public funds for renouncing the first claim file for the masks that were purchased. in pandemic to the company Soluciones de Gestión, investigated by the National Court (AN).

This was explained this Friday at a press conference, shortly after presenting the complaint in court, by the party's parliamentary spokesperson, Iago Negueruela, who appeared accompanied by deputy Mercedes Garrido.

The socialists accuse Ureña of constructing, with the knowledge of the president of the Government, Marga Prohens, and the rest of the regional Executive, a file to hide the expiration of the claim that the previous Government had initiated.
