Andrés Feliz leads Joventut's comeback against the leader

Lenovo Tenerife, leader of the Liga Endesa, fell this Saturday to Joventut Badalona (78-69), who grabbed the exceptional last quarter of Dominican baseman Andrés Feliz, in an eleventh matchday in which Unicaja rolled to home to Carplus Fuenlabrada (85-117) and in which Casademont Zaragoza and UCAM Murcia beat Covirán Granada (73-57) and Real Betis (76-72), respectively.

The 'Penya', without men like Guillem Vives and Simon Birgander, faced the last set of the duel in Badalona nine points behind, which reached 11 during the first moments, but the appearance of Feliz changed the script. His 17 points in the last quarter -out of the 30 for the Catalans- contributed decisively so that Carles Durán's men became the second team capable of stopping the people of Tenerife.

For its part, Unicaja signed its sixth consecutive league victory in its visit to Carplus Fuenlabrada (85-117), which conceded its fourth straight defeat. Led by center David Kravish, who scored 25 points, Ibon Navarro's team made the difference in the first and last quarters to end the duel with a 32-point difference.

In addition, Casademont Zaragoza, with a great Santi Yusta (21 points and a PIR of 26), signed their third win of the season against Covirán Granada (73-57), overwhelmed after the break and who lost again for the third time in a row.

Lastly, Real Betis will continue in relegation positions after conceding their ninth defeat of the season against UCAM Murcia (76-72) who are reunited with victory after three games without achieving it. The university students, who left with 18 at halftime, held on to the great match of Montenegrin Nemanja Radovic, who led his team with 20 goals, six rebounds and a PIR of 25 points.
