The attempted sexual assault occurred last Monday and the Police arrested M.R.C. for these events on Wednesday. According to sources from the investigation to Europa Press, this is a recidivist man who benefited from the "only yes is yes" law, leaving prison in April, two months before the date originally scheduled to liquidate his sentence, the June 20th.

The detainee is attributed an alleged crime of attempted sexual assault, sources from the TSJA report.
