A payment receipt seized by Civil Guard agents shows that the former president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) Luis Rubiales bought a Porsche for almost $36,000 13 days before the first entries and searches carried out in March in Madrid and Granada within the framework of 'operation Brody'.

The Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Armed Institute, in the search carried out together with the Dominican authorities on April 1 at the address where Rubiales was then found, found documentation proving that for the vehicle in question - -owned by the former Federation director-- a transfer was made on March 8.

According to a report from the Public Ministry of the Dominican Republic, to which Europa Press has had access, the agents seized the payment receipt for the white Porsche Macan S, from 2016, for which $35,925 had been paid.

Likewise, there is a transfer payment receipt dated March 8 for an amount of $882 and the "lead of departure for final sale" dated March 12.

This documentation appears in the summary of the procedure followed in the Court of First Instance and Instruction Number 4 of Majadahonda, in which alleged irregularities in the contracts signed by the RFEF during Rubiales' management are investigated, including those signed for the celebration of the Spanish Super Cup in Saudi Arabia.

According to the inventory detailed by the Specialized Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prosecutor's Office of the Dominican Republic, the raid in which the payment receipt related to the Porsche was found took place in a two-level house in Punta Cana in which the Rubiales.

In said search, the agents also found four iPhones, three cell phones, an iPad, two pen drives, a USB memory, a Rolex watch and various documentation: contracts, receipts, transfers and certificates from the commercial registry.

Two of the iPhones in question belong to Rubiales; one to his friend, the businessman Francisco Javier Martín Alcaide, known as Nene; and a third person who later testified as a witness before the Civil Guard. The iPad is Nene's property. Regarding the luxury watch, the authorities do not specify who it belongs to.

Within the framework of the summary, it is also stated that this week the former president of the RFEF has asked the judge to allow him to use one of the seized accounts and the Mercedes GLB that has been blocked.

Rubiales assures that he needs a "reasonable" monthly amount of money to survive, indicating that his habitual residence is in Granada and he pays 1,500 euros per month for rent, in addition to bills or food.

In his letter to the judge, dated this Monday and to which this news agency has had access, the investigated person claims to have access to that account to also pay alimony and extraordinary expenses for his three daughters, since he is divorced. . And to pay for medical insurance for his mother.

Rubiales claims to have money for his professional activity, arguing that in recent times he has been trying to generate resources to support his family in the Dominican Republic, this activity being "what has been allowing him to survive until today and since he stopped working." his position as president of the RFEF". He points out that he needs to travel to the Caribbean country at least once a month and estimates that the flights cost on average about 1,500 euros.

Regarding the seized Mercedes, he states that he needs to use it because it is the only car he owns, so it is "essential for family development", especially to be able to visit his daughters, who do not live with him.

Also within the framework of this case, the judge has authorized the company Explotaciones Hoteleras Nazaríes, linked to the alleged plot, to pay with two of its accounts the current expenses for the operation of the business, such as payroll, suppliers and receipts.

The instructor has also responded to the RFEF's request to appear as a private prosecutor. Through a ruling, it requires you to prove the authorization or agreement of the corresponding body of the entity or explanation of the absence thereof.
