A sharp increase in the gas

The tobacco even more expensive

Bad news for smokers, the price of cigarettes, cigarillos and other tobacco-to-roll continues to rise. Depending on the brands and packages, the increase is between 30 and 50 cents on 1 November. 900 euros per month. This is from today the new maximum amount of the allowance for disabled adults (AAH). A significant rise of 40 euros per month (+4,65%). This good news hides a less good : the change in the method of calculating the ceiling of resources for the benefit of the AAH when you are living as a couple. Instead of multiplying by usd 1.89 the resource limit annual maximum for a single person (that is, 12 times the amount of the AAH), it is now necessary to multiply by 1.81 all.

A complementary health more inclusive

Until then, the household income was very modest benefited from the CMU-complementary (CMU-C), and those a little more well off were entitled to the assistance payment of a complementary health (ACS). 1st November, these two devices will merge together to give birth to the "complementary health solidarity". It remains free for the beneficiaries of the CMU, but not for the other, which will cost between 8 euros (for the 29 years and under) and 30 euros (for the 70 years and over) according to their age.

Stop eviction

It's today that begins the traditional "winter break" of well-known real estate owners.
