The Supreme Court (TS) has estimated this Tuesday the appeal presented by Colonel Diego Pérez de los Cobos annulling the sentence of the National Court (AN) of September 15, 2021 that endorsed his dismissal as head of the Civil Guard Command Madrid, as reported by the high court.
