Currency.com launched state-regulated stock exchange for the Security Token

The trade in, a Security Token, i.e. traditional Assets such as bonds or shares in Token Form, is expected to gain in importance in the future. First steps in the new asset class, there was already: In March of this year, the crypto-lender Bitbond launched the BB1 tokens via Security Token Offering (STO). Already on the first day could Bitbond go tokenized bonds in the amount of one Million euros.

You see, a primary market for STOs seems. The trading with the issued Security Token is, however, due to a lack of regulated Exchanges difficult. However, this gradually changes.

With Currency.com another Bitcoin exchange goes to the Start, which is designed for the trading of a Security Token. There, Trader can trade according to the stock exchange soon, up to 1,000 different tokenized Securities – and with state approval. Because like the stock market in your White Paper writes, is Currency.com "the first platform for tokenized investments, which operates in accordance with the statutory regulations".

While Currency.com truly an Early Mover. The first state-regulated Exchange, it is not by no means. This crown must be put on the Gibraltar Stock Exchange.

A request to a specific embodiment of the legal treatment of the Token exchange has so far remained unanswered.

Russian state-and-white bonds in the Token Form of
