MADRID, 27 Ene. (EUROPA PRESS) -

Japan announced this Friday the imposition of new sanctions against 36 individuals and 52 organizations linked to Russia for the invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops due to the prolongation of the war.

The sanctions include the freezing of assets and the ban on exports of Japanese companies, "in view of the current international situation regarding Ukraine, and in order to contribute to international efforts to achieve international peace aimed at solving the problem," as indicated by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement.
