The UMH Science Park organizes a conference on funding sources for entrepreneurs and start-ups

   ALICANTE, 15 Mar. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The Science Park of the Miguel Hernández University (PCUMH) of Elche (Alicante) has organized a conference on the search for financing for entrepreneurs and emerging companies. The objective is to introduce the "most essential" aspects of the different sources of financing depending on the type and stage of development in which a project is located.

The director of the Financing and Business Development Area of ​​the PCUMH, Sergio Román, will give this session this Thursday, March 16, at 4:00 p.m., in the Multipurpose Room of the Innova building, located on the Elche campus, as indicated by the academic institution it's a statement.

At the beginning of the event, Román will present some preliminary considerations to find out which financing lines are most appropriate for each type of project. He will attend to criteria such as the amount needed, what you want to allocate the financing to, whether you are willing to accept new partners, the phase of the project, the company's sector or its billing, among others.

During the day, a classification of the different sources of financing will also be carried out and the calls of the Center for Technological and Industrial Development (CDTI), the National Innovation Entity (Enisa) and the Valencian Institute of Finance (IVF) will be addressed. ).

In addition, during his presentation, he will analyze the key aspects a project must have in order to obtain financing from private investors, also known as 'business angels'.

To end the session, Román will explain what documentation and information is important when raising capital for a project and will answer the questions of attendees and entrepreneurs. Attendance at the presentation is free, with prior registration.
