The UMH Science Park and a spin-off team up to promote innovative and entrepreneurial talent from Alicante

ALICANTE, July 19. (EUROPEAN PRESS) -

The Science Park of the Miguel Hernández University (PCUMH) of Elche (Alicante) and the spin-off COEX International Trade have joined forces through a collaboration agreement to promote innovative and entrepreneurial talent in the province of Alicante.

The managing director of the PCUMH, Tonia Salinas, and the promoter and executive director of the spin-off, Alfonso Ortega, have been in charge of signing the collaboration agreement, as indicated by the UMH Foundation in a statement.

The main objectives of the agreement include establishing a framework for joint collaboration in areas such as innovation, entrepreneurship, or the exchange and transfer of knowledge.

Specifically, through this collaboration, both entities will cooperate to promote the development and strengthening of the business fabric of the province of Alicante, focusing on training and technological innovation as "key elements" for increasing competitiveness business.

Likewise, the PCUMH and COEX International Trade seek to promote and intensify the relationships included in the scientific-business field in order to achieve results of innovative, business and social interest.

In this sense, both share common interests in the exchange of experiences and transfer of innovative knowledge applied to the company in its different aspects. Through this agreement, the spin-off will also be able to offer benefits when contracting its services to projects that arise or are developed in the incubation or acceleration programs of the UMH Science Park, or to companies linked to the PCUMH.

COEX International Trade is specialized in the internationalization of the company and in international legal planning. The company has also signed an agreement to collaborate in the development of the '1st edition of DEMO DAY', a PCUMH initiative that consists of an event aimed at presenting entrepreneurial projects and start-ups from the Science Park ecosystem to companies , entities and media.

The objective is the generation of synergies and collaborations, dissemination and recognition through different awards. For this reason, COEX International Trade will grant an award consisting of business mentoring and networking services.
