The AN agrees to freedom with precautionary measures for the detainee in Zaragoza in an anti-jihadist operation

MADRID, 18 Nov. (EUROPA PRESS) -

The reinforcement judge of the Central Court of Instruction number 6, Joaquín Gadea, has agreed this Friday the release with precautionary measures of the detainee on November 15 in an anti-jihadist operation in Zaragoza, who is charged with the crime of glorifying the terrorism.

As legal sources explain to Europa Press, the judge has imposed on the 30-year-old man a series of precautionary measures that include weekly appearances in court, the ban on leaving Spain and the withdrawal of his passport.

It was last Tuesday when a unit of the Rapid Action Group (GAR) of the Civil Guard arrested this man in a house at number 34 Doctor Palomar street in the Zaragoza neighborhood of La Magdalena, in the Old Town of the city.

The action began at 8:00 a.m., when the GAR was deployed in the mentioned street and other adjacent ones. The agents searched the house and seized various objects, transferring boxes and folders to their vehicles.
