Montebourg looks for the potion to transform SMES in ETI

Overall, the picture is rather positive. France has more than 3 000 ETI and the survey of 525 responses. The perspectives 2014 straighten. 39% of ETI surveyed rely on an increase of their turnover. The ETI industry are showing good confidence with a balance of opinion of a preliminary activity* an increase of 37 points. Other leaders, companies with more than 500 employees, or about one third of ETI and those made on the export. The ETI achieving more than 5% of their international business are those which rely the most on growth in 2014 (+39 points).

To Nicolas Dufourcq, director of Bpifrance, the departure at the international is a major issue. "The average share of turnover achieved with export is 14%, this is a very low figure when you think that the Germans are at 60%. We try to take them by the hand and accompany you on this journey with the support of Ubifrance. We also offer ready to export," he explained during the presentation of the study.

In the field of employment, the ETI reported an increase in their numbers. Of jobs on average better qualified and more remunerated - the ETI representing 45% of the managerial jobs in France.
