We can therefore generate as much tax reduction with 2 656 € of donations that, by investing 10 000 € in real estate.

Why spend 10 000 € to investments that are tax exempt ? You can earn more, in the end, decoupling tax exemption and research performance. Since the tax reduction is the same with 2 656 € of donations with 10 000 € of investments tax exempt, it is possible to invest the difference freely, either 7 344 €.

About eight years, the equity fund, the French have earned, on average, 56%, and 100% of the funds for shares of small companies, according to the database Quantalys, October 23, 2018. An investment of 7 344 € in funds French equities eight years ago, would therefore be between 11 450 and 14 688 € today, much more than the 9 412 € recovered with the FCPI and FIP.
