VAR Nightmare of Every Player

VAR is a great thing if used correctly, Ronald Koeman. Real Madrid only secured 1 point in two games in Champions League. There was a huge controversy when Referee Juan Martinez awarded a penalty to Real Madrid in Camp Nou. Barcelona Center back Clement Lenglet pulled the shirt of Real Madrid Captain. The referee consulted VAR and pointed towards the penalty spot in 63rd minute of the game. Ramos beat Neto and gave Real Madrid lead of two goals to one.

Football has millions of fans around the world. The most popular game engages its fans, so does the 20 Bet. Luka Modric scored the third goal for the visitor and confirmed victory for the visitors. Koeman was under intense criticism for not using the substitutions correctly and starting Pedri over former Juventus player Pjanic.

Koeman released his frustration saying the video assistant referee system seems to be "only used to make decisions against Barca. You always get shirt tugs like that in the area and I think Ramos makes a foul on Lenglet first. There's a tug of the shirt, but not enough to make him fall behind as he did. For me, it's not a penalty"

Ramos disagreed with the Barcelona manager and said it was the right decision in an interview with Marca.

“He pulls me as I am about to jump and that is clear. It is unfair to judge the referee on an incident that was so clear. “From there we pushed on and took advantage to win the game 3-1.”

Koeman's team took advantage of VAR against Juventus in the Champions League. Former Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata scored a hat-trick of Offside goals against Barcelona. Alvaro Morata’s fans were furious over his careless positioning. Ronaldo was tested positive and COVID-19. He was quarantined in his home and spectators missed the last dance of Ronaldo Messi. Now fans have to wait till December 8, 2020, to witness the greatest of all time playing in a match.

Dembele scored a long-range goal and Lionel Messi doubled the lead from the penalty spot. Thus, VAR helped Barcelona win over the Old Lady.

Barcelona mighty rival Real Madrid lost to Shakhtar Donetsk in Champions League. Shakhtar scored 3 goals in the first half. Real Madrid tried their best to come back against the visitors. Luka Modric scored the opening goal for Los Blancos in 53rd minute. Vinicius Junior scored the second goal 6 minute later. Valverde scored a brilliant goal from long range and equalized the score. VAR cancelled the goal as Vinicius blocked the view of goalkeeper, Anatolii Trubin. So we can say that VAR is the nightmare of every team. Not just Barcelona but all the teams suffer from VAR.

VAR decreases the excitement in the game, as players don’t celebrate the goal to their full. They know that VAR can cancel it anyway finding any foul in the goal buildup.  Real Madrid is suffering in the Champions League and secured only 1 point in 2 games, while Barcelona is staggering in La Liga. They have just 8 points in 6 games. They are 8points behind Real Madrid. Will they come back from behind or be seen complaining about VAR?
