MADRID, 13 Nov. (EUROPA PRESS) -
United We Can has defended this Sunday that today "the change begins" in the Community of Madrid with a "motion of citizen censure" to the health policies of the regional president, Isabel Díaz Ayuso.
This has been pointed out by the co-spokesperson of United We Can in the Assembly, Alejandra Jacinto, in the demonstration for Public Health that runs through the center of the capital. "It is evident that the change begins today. Madrid rises up for a Public Health Service and for the rest of the public services. It is a historic mobilization", Jacinto has expressed.
In addition, he recalled that it is not a "spontaneous" mobilization but rather that it is preceded by concentrations in different towns and districts.
Jacinto has stressed that the regional government intends to "lead" the people of Madrid to have to go to private health. "When we talk about fundamental rights, about the Public Health of citizens, it cannot be within the reach of a credit card", he pointed out.
Likewise, he has once again defended that the Minister of Health, Enrique Ruiz Escudero, "has to resign and assume all responsibilities."
In this line, the candidate of Podemos for the Mayor's Office of Madrid, Roberto Sotomayor, has indicated that this concentration is "a social clamor of the people of Madrid" and has stressed that there is no "greater gesture of dignity and patriotism than defending Health Public".
